Oil scarcity will lead to the end of globalization

Jeff Rubin, the chief economist of CIBC World  Markets, has resigned from CIBC after more than 20 years of service to focus on his new book.

Random House Canada, along with Random House in the US and Virgin Books in the UK, will publish Why Your World Is About to Get a Whole Lot Smaller, in May. The book explores the ways in which oil scarcity will lead to the end of globalization.
