Increasing the duration of the bike rides – 94.62 Km

Start increasing the length of the long rides, took my time trial bike and went along the North Sea Canal to IJmuiden, down towards Bloemendaal – to Zandvoort, over the dunes to Keukenhof back home. IT was a warm sunny day, the cycle ride was great, felt very good with the sun and warm weather.
