Everyday exercises: Leave the car at home, walk, run or bike to work or walk to the bus, go train or subway station. Run to the supermarket, walk home with your shopping bags. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Eat healthy: Skip to many carbohydrates and sugar. Eat more proteins and fruit and vegetables.
Exercise using your body as the weight – do not use extra weights. Do push ups and sit ups. Weights are good for some muscles, but you do not get that really good body when you using weights.
Have discipline, result will come.
