What motivates people to work, the research teams at Culture Works surveyed more than 850,000 people to learn what makes people the most motivated and engaged in their careers.
What they found out from the research, is that when individuals are fulfilled on the job they not only produce higher quality work and greater output but also generally earn higher incomes. And those most satisfied with their work are also 150 percent more likely to have a happier life overall.
