Training – Monday to Friday – my daily routine is 50 km

During the week from Monday to Friday, I cycle a total of 50 Km daily, it is divided into sessions of 25 km. The morning session is an easy ride – mostly spinning on a low gear at 90 rpm – the evening ride is a mix of tempo one day, sprints another day high intensity another day, trying to mix it up as much as possible.
