Dates are high in glucose, which makes them the perfect natural choice to re-fuel your body. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, aiding in recovery and helping to keep any inflammation under control.

Ginger Papaya Smoothies

  • 2 dates
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup ripe papaya chunks
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp Protein Powder
  • ½ tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp ground dulse flakes or roasted seaweeds
  • 1 tsp of an oil blend that is full of Omega 3
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
