Dates are high in glucose, which makes them the perfect natural choice to re-fuel your body. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, aiding in recovery and helping to keep any inflammation under control.
Ginger Papaya Smoothies
- 2 dates
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup ripe papaya chunks
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tbsp Protein Powder
- ½ tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp ground dulse flakes or roasted seaweeds
- 1 tsp of an oil blend that is full of Omega 3
- ½ tsp lemon zest
